Here in this video, we will be highlighting the keys points to help encourage weight loss. We will also look into what areas of your horse or ponies body store fat and what subtle changes in their shape to look out for.
We are seeing a rise in equine obesity which leads to laminitis and can be detrimental to the horse or pony’s life. It is important to keep a close eye on their weight and feed accordingly to type, age and lifestyle.
