Faecal Egg Count
In this video we explain the reasons why we encourage you at Abbey Equine Clinic to complete faecal egg counts throughout the year.
Our aim is to reduce unnecessary use of anthlmintic drugs therefore reducing the exposure to resistance. This is a corner of concern for future worming as once resistence is established we have a very limited option of drugs at our disposal to target the worms.
